Fish Anyone?

We celebrated Morgan's first birthday on March 9th with some awesome friends and family! We had a great time, it was especially nice because my mom was visiting all the way from VA. I had the fish themed cake for Morgan cuz she is really interested in fish and plus I thought for my very first cake decorating experience I should try something fairly easy, so there you have it! I think it turned out pretty well and she seemed to like it, she ate the whole cupcake we gave her to eat...a girl after my own heart!! I will post a pic but I need to download them from my camera first! Sorry...

So Call Me A Slacker!

Yep it is true I have been neglecting my blogspot! I do apologize for my procrastination, I am pretty good at coming up with valid excuses but I will skip those for now. Latest update is that Trevor just finished with the WA State Patrol Academy here in Shelton, WA and we got notice on Valentine's Day that will be heading back to the Yak (The Palm Springs of WA)! Yakima WA that is, back to where it all began. We are excited about the change and look forward to actually having sunshine again. Trev gets commissioned on April 16th by the governor of WA, and he will be patrolling in Yakima right after that, so watch out everybody! I will also be quitting my job...I think for real this time? I have said this before but I actually have put in a written notice with my official last day being April 4th. So I am going to come up with some sort of plan while I am a stay at home mom...so I don't go crazy!! All in all I am sure this is the best move..a little scary but good! Can't wait to chill with my friends back in Yakima and catch up!

Weigh In

So I took Morgan to the Doctor cuz I thought she might be sick b/c of some kids she plays with during the day...and found out she weighs 17.1 lbs!! She is still pretty skinny, she has her well baby check here pretty soon..and yes it is a little late because I procrastinate but also because the doc is 6-8wks out on appointments!!

Doc Appointment

Morgan went to her doctor appointment on September 7th to get her shots and measurements etc..so I thought I would update everyone, she was 27 inches long and 14.7 lbs, she came up in the 89th % for height and 25th % for weight so she is just as we thought...long and skinny just like her Daddy.

Morgan has been trying to sit up on her own but hasn't gotten it down quite yet.

Great Grammy Hull

This is my mom's mom..Shirley Hull!! It was so fun to go back to NY, I haven't been back to see the fam there for probably at least 7years, I am so glad she got to see Morgan!!

NY trip

When we went home in August we also went to NY to visit family, go to a cousins wedding and we went to old house that one of our ancestors built and it is a historical landmark now and upstate NY and is in the process of being restored, it was pretty cool to go into, this is where the pic was taken! It is called the Hull House, it is my mom's dad's side of the family.

Morgan has really enjoyed spending time with Aunty Kenz, Kenzie has been her nanny for the last couple of months while I have been working part time at US bank. She is pretty much her second mom! They have a lotta laughs together!
